One of the things that is so unique about Horn Creek's location is the almost unbelievable bounty of local attractions in addition to the camp and its immediate mountain environment.
The nearby towns of Westcliffe and Silver Cliff (visible way down in the valley from a few locations at camp) offer great local dining, points of historical interest, and a unique shopping experience.
