Summer Registration
We hope that you will consider joining us for camp this year. Take a look at the Summer 2010 Family Camp Calendar, and especially if you are new to Horn Creek, we encourage you to examine the information about our ministry and our facilities. We hope you'll choose to join us this year!
We require a $200 non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation, and your total fees are determined not only by the size of your family, but also when you register. The earlier you register, the more money you can save!
All of our summer Family Camps are now 6 day camps, all meals included, running Sunday evening through the next Saturday morning. Also, you may notice that our rate system has changed this year. As usual, rates vary depending on family size and when you register, but many families will be pleasantly surprised to see their total rate this year compared to last year. And remember, the earlier you register, the more you'll save!

Payment for Camp
Your $200 non-refundable deposit should be submitted along with the registration form, unless other arrangements are made through our registrar. Half of the Total Camp Fees, less the $200 deposit, is due about 3 months prior to the start of your camp. The balance is due about a month before you arrive at camp. We have included a chart on the first page of the registration form that shows the due dates for your specific week of camp. Horn Creek accepts cash, check, money orders, electronic funds transfers and credit cards as payment for camp. Please do not mail cash.

That's all there is to it! Our summer camps can fill up quickly, so don't delay. Again, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
Cancellation Policy and Penalties
- Cancellation 91 or more days before camp –$200 deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation 31-90 days before camp – 50% of Total Camp Fees are non-refundable if we are unable to fill your spot at camp.
- Cancellation 0-30 days before camp – You are responsible for the Total Camp Fees if we are unable to fill your spot at camp.
Refunds of pre-payments will be given when they exceed the cancellation penalties listed above, and we will refund any fee paid (less the $200 non-refundable deposit) even after these penalty dates, if we can find someone to fill your space at the camp. Those refunds will be given upon the replacement campers’ fees being paid. You may bring us that replacement family yourself, and in the event that you must cancel, we encourage you to do so!
If circumstances require you to cancel your registration, contact Horn Creek immediately, and make sure you have confirmation from the Horn Creek registrar that your cancellation has been received. Note that the closer to the date of your camp, the less likely it will be for us to fill your space and thus be able to provide you with a refund. Horn Creek always takes into consideration medical or other family emergencies.
