Horn Creek has four different retreat facilities. Our Family Campers and Ministry Partners generally stay at The Ranch, The Lodge or Mountain Meadow while Youth Campers stay at The Ranch or SnowRidge facilities. Each of our four retreat facilities sleep and dine approximately 140 guests.
The Ranch
This is our original camp facility consisting of 15 cabins and two Micro Lodges divided into what is called Upper Ranch and Lower Ranch. Often, larger youth groups will house their girls in Lower Ranch and boys in Upper Ranch.
Additionally, the New Life Dorm has dormitory style housing that can sleep 12 to a side and each side has its own private bath facilities. This is ideal for smaller youth groups that want to separate their sleeping of the girls and boys while having a common meeting place for them to congregate.
The Ranch amphitheater seats approximately 175 people. The entire facility is close to the Rec. Center, waterslides, and is also the closest camp to the large tubing hill that is open during the winter (when conditions permit).
The Lodge
This was the second camp facility to be built. It is designed like a hotel with the exception of four cabins that are adjacent to The Lodge. Many of our senior guests and those with very small children prefer this facility because the dining, meeting, and lodging are all contained under one roof. It also offers incredible views of Horn Peak.
Mountain Meadow
This was the third camp facility to be built at Horn Creek and is ideal for young families with kids. This camp has 12 duplex style cabins, 3 larger cabins, and one Mini Lodge with 9 hotel-style rooms. This camp is a little more secluded from the rest of the Horn Creek facilities and includes four hogans, gathering cabins with fireplaces for our guests' enjoyment.
