Registration Steps

1. Download the forms below and fill them out in their entirety.
2. Return the three forms to Horn Creek with a $175 non-refundable, transferable deposit for each camper (see cancellation policy below).

3. The balance of the registration fee is due upon your camper’s arrival at camp.

Cancelation Policy

In the event of a cancellation made at any time after the registration has been sent to the Horn Creek office, the camper is responsible for the $175.00 deposit which must be sent in with the registration form. This fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to another camper. In cases of withdrawal during camp due to the Camp Health Care Provider’s orders, the remaining tuition may be refunded. All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in written form or emailed to
