Dr. Andy Neillie Biography Andy has a Masters of Divinity from Western Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry from Phoenix Seminary, where he taught in the areas of spiritual development and ethics. Andy is the founder of the Deep in the Heart Leadership Group (www.deepintheheart.org), an organization that assists business and ministry leaders recognize and develop their character as leaders. In addition to his leadership work, Andy serves as a business consultant and corporate trainer, focusing on management, sales and negotiations. According to Andy, he is one of those “lucky guys who married way over his head.” He recently celebrated 25 years of marriage to his bride Lynn by realizing “the secret to a long marriage has been to keep her so totally confused she still hasn’t figured out what she got herself into!” Andy, Lynn and their teenage daughter Drew live in the beautiful hill country of central Texas, where they eagerly don their cowboy hats and boots to eat at Rudy’s BBQ every Sunday after church. Indeed, while Andy grew up on the south side of Chicago and spent many years in Phoenix, he now proudly calls himself both a born-again Christian and a born-again Texan! Andy’s background includes church ministry, teaching, and serving with a Christian leadership development organization.
