Brad Ellgen

For the last four years, Brad has served on staff at a Bible church in Phoenix, Arizona. His diverse role includes Pastor of Outreach and College Pastor.

Biography

Brad grew up in a non-Christian family and came to Christ in high school. He was in the U.S. Navy for two years between 1975 and 1977. After the Navy, Brad attended Multnomah Bible College in Portland, Oregon, where he graduated in 1982 with a degree in Theology. While at Multnomah, he worked as a youth minister at a United Methodist Church. After graduation, he and his family joined Cadence International where they were missionaries for 17 years. Cadence International is a mission dedicated to reaching military personnel and their families. They served in Germany for 10 years, 8 of which were in directing two hospitality houses in Schweinfurt and Mannheim. For the last two years, Brad served as the Field Director for Europe.

In 1993, the Ellgens moved to Denver, Colorado where he served as director of personnel for Cadence International. During those same years, Brad also pastored a GenX congregation in Littleton, Colorado called Change Point. While in Denver, Brad received a Masters Degree in Biblical Counseling from Colorado Christian College.

Brad has been married to Debbie for 28 years and they have two grown sons.
